The national capital of India, Delhi will host the Commonwealth games in the year 2010. India is hosting the Games for the first time and it is the second time the event is been held in Asia (It was held first in Kuala Lampur in the year 1998). The dates for the Games are scheduled from 3rd till 14th of October, 2010, inclusive of Inaugurating and Closing Ceremonies.
